Terms of Use
Article 1. Name
The name of this system is "GePMS (Integrated Asset Management System)" (hereinafter referred to as the "System").
Article 2. Location
The System is located in the AWS Singapore region.
Article 3. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the various matters related to the operation of the System, thereby promoting mutual understanding among members and enabling them to use the System in the most convenient and efficient manner.
Article 4. Operation

The System operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in principle. However, the service may be temporarily suspended due to business or technical reasons, or for scheduled maintenance. In such cases, notifications will be provided either in advance or afterwards.

The System has no regular holidays, but may be temporarily closed due to unavoidable circumstances, which will be announced on the bulletin board.

Other operational matters will be announced on the system bulletin board.
Article 5. Member Registration and Eligibility

Eligible members of the System are those who have received access approval to this site.

Individuals wishing to become regular members must complete the required registration process set by the System and provide necessary information (affiliated company, department, ID, name, mobile number, and email). Only after completing registration and, where necessary, receiving administrator approval, can they use the System.
Article 6. Loss of Membership
Membership will be revoked in the following cases:

If the member registered with false or altered information.

If the member violates any of the regulations stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

If membership is lost according to management regulations specific to each business site.
Article 7. Member Responsibilities

Members must faithfully comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Members must promptly update any changes to their registered information, such as contact details.
Article 8. Amendments
The System may amend or change these Terms and Conditions when deemed necessary for operational purposes. Such changes will apply to all members.
Article 9. Customs and Practices
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall follow generally accepted practices.
Article 10. Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions shall take effect from March 7, 2025.
Privacy Policy
Global Privacy Policy for Asset Management Platform (G-ePMS)
Hyundai Engineering (hereinafter 'the Company') recognizes the importance of personal information and endeavors to protect the personal information of data subjects. We have established and disclosed the privacy policy as follows.
ㅁ Personal Information items to be collected by the Company as follows
We collect personal information to provide our services, improve user experience, and comply with legal obligations. The types of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we collect it, and the retention periods are as follows:
1. Collected Items : Company, workplace, name, ID, password, phone number, email
2. Purpose of Collection : Membership Sign-Up and Management, Personalized Services, Fraud Prevention
3. Period of retention : Retained until the member withdraws membership
ㅁ Entrustment of Personal Information
1. Entrusted Company : IBMS, TEOS
2. Entrusted Operations : Development and Operation of GePMS
ㅁ International transfer of personal information
1. Company (country) : HEC HQ (Korea)
2. Transfer Date/Method : International transfer of personal information Transmission via network when using the service
3. Items to be transferred : Company, workplace, name, ID, password, phone number, email
4. Purpose : Membership Sign-Up and Management, Personalized Services, Fraud Prevention
5. Use Period : Retained until the member withdraws membership
ㅁ Procedure and method of destruction of Personal Information
In principle, the Company destructs the information immediately after the purposes of its
collection and use have been achieved without delay: Provided that, if any information is to be
retained as required by relevant laws and regulations, the Company retain it for the period as
required by those laws and regulations before destruction and, in such event, the personal
information which is stored and managed separately will never be used for other purposes.
The Company destructs: hard copies of personal information by shredding with a pulverizer or
incinerating it; and delete personal information stored in the form of electric file by using
technological method making that information not restored.
ㅁ Rights and Responsibilities of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives
① Data subjects have the right to exercise their rights, such as access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing, against the company at any time
② You may exercise your rights by written or email to the company, and the company will promptly act upon it without delay.
③ You may also exercise your rights through a legal representative.
④ The company verifies whether the requester of requests for access, correction, deletion, or processing suspension under the data subject's rights is the individual themselves or their legitimate representative.
ㅁ Measures to ensure the security of Personal Information
In order to prevent the loss, theft, leakage, alteration or damage of personal information of the
data subjects, the Company takes technical, managerial and physical measures for securing safety as follows:
1. Managerial measures : Establish and execute internal management plan, Appoint a staff responsible for protecting personal information, Provide education and training for staffs
2. Technical measures : Access control management of personal information processing systems, Installation of access control systems, encryption of personal information, Installation and updating of security programs
3. Physical measures : Establish and operate the procedure for access control for the facilities for storing personal information

The company oversees and takes responsibility for personal information processing, and has appointed a personal information protection manager to handle complaints, damages, and other matters related to personal information processing.
